FarCry is pretty good.Not only can you play online but you can make your own maps too!
Also theres Burnout 3 and Revenge,Advanced Warfighter(Ghost Recon),and Star Wars BattleFront 2.

first of all trash your xbox and get a 360... then get the game Chromehounds .... best game so far for the 360... first time you play it you will **** your pants at how good the graphics are.
