I felt that way too around that time (once the morning sickness went away)
At your ultrasound (usually around 20 weeks) it will really hit you. The same when you feel the baby moving. That's when it really gets "real".
Congratulations!

Yes, I was actually 5 months pregnant before I even knew I was pregnant. I was still getting my periods, just less intense than normal but I didn't really think anything about being pregnant. I didn't have a belly till around 5 and half months and I started feeling weird movements in my stomach so that's when I had taken a pregnancy test and found out I was pregnant. My stomach had started to protrude a little bit but it wasn't fat, it was firm. I had no idea I was even pregnant since I had never been pregnant before and I didn't even know what to be looking for. So, yes, it's normal not to feel pregnant when you're only 3 months along. Don't worry though, you'll eventually start to grow a belly and you'll start feeling movement in your uterus from the baby moving around. I thought that was the best part about being pregnant was when the baby would move around and kick. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!

with my first pregnancy i never got morning sickness either, i found out i was pregnant a 4 weeks. at 15 weeks u more than likely wont feel the baby move becuse he/she is too small. i was the same i would say u are lucky, i am 33 weeks pregnant with my second and i still get morning sickness backache leg cramps and everything.
but yes i never really felt pregnant until 6 months with my first it/s normal and nothing to worry about now. u will or should have your first ultra sound around 18 weeks which will tell u exactly how baby is doing. i say u are fine.
congratulations and good luck!

Your lucky not to have morning sickness. My first daughter I felt the same way. No real signs of pregnancy until I was like six months when it seemed like I blow up over night. I'm 36 weeks prego now and this one was so different it seemed like the day I found out I was pregnant the morning sickness was endless. You are still early in your pregnancy you have a long way to go. You'll feel it soon. Congrats and good luck!

well I did not have morning sickness either which was great. Just wait once you start feeling the baby kick more and seeing it move around you will feel pregnant. Dont worry about not showing soon you will be huge and it will be very uncomfortable to do anything especially sleep then your attitude will change alot. for now just enjoy it while it lasts

It is very normal, even the periods can happen, it happened to me with my first son! I heard about women who lived through they entire pregnancy without actually realising that they were pregnant, going into labour and panicking that something horrible happens to them. Now this is very rare but still happens, so just be happy about your baby and that you are having a good time.

Every pregnancy is different...you have seen a dr. correct? Not everyone feels morning sickness...you belly is growing so the baby is growing...what does your doc say? Don't worry unless there is something to worry about...or at least try not too.

Yes for almost the first 5 months, enjoy it and you will feel the baby sooner or later and you may have other symptoms later that arn't so pleasant so don't take it for granted!!If you're really concerned bring it up with the doctor.
