Let's start out with some helpful websites...
www.download.com
www.google.com
You can visit www.download.com or www.google.com and search for "burning software" or some other keywords.
If you have Windows Media Player installed on your computer, you can use that, too.
Steps for Windows Media Player....
1. Click 'Start', hover over 'Programs', and then look for 'Windows Media Player'.
2. Open the player and click the 'Burn' tab.
3. If you still need help on what to do from here, you can refer to the 'Help' in the program, I am sure they have a guide as to how to burn a CD, and the different options you can select.

Get a good CD Burning program, like Nero Burning ROM. Make sure you have a CD or DVD Burner installed in your computer. The software will walk you through step by step what to do.

if you are running windows xp and want to put some files in a cd just select what you want burn, then right click and pick Send to... and pick your CD recorder unit. (D or E probably). Then you will see a pop up that say that you have files to record. Click there or open the CD recorder unit and it will burn the cd.

If you have XP you can burn anything by dragging and dropping. Click on "help" and it will explain how.
Otherwise you can download a program called "Nero Burn."
This one is pretty cheap:

Good Luck
