Well I have been there done that.. I would have to say in a long distance relationship you might want to try being open about a few things here.. You can't live your life worrying about what the person is or not doing. You have to give some trust here.. If you really don't have any what is the point in starting something that is going to drive you crazy based on they can tell you anything.. So signs of things not working out or drifting apart.
1) The phone calls become real short.. you can't reach them after a certain time.
2) Never home.. always out with the females/fellas
3) The conversation becomes like picking at words to say.
4) Start becoming distance..Oh let me not forget this one excusing you of cheating or doing something wrong..start questioning you on who u seeing..
The bottom line is not matter if you get the facts you have to know what you want.. if your relationship is open to date while the distance play apart then you have no grounds to stress over something you agreed with..
IF you have not set rules and foundation for the long distance before you start jumping in the ring know what your fighting about.

I feel you! We all get insecure sometimes. You could ask them but of course they can always lie. If you're not a paranoid person and your intuition is telling you they are cheating then they probably is.

ask him? if u think he's lying, go to where he lives and directly confront him, if he gets nervous, or answers no the second after you ask, he's probly lying. but if he says yes, i think you should give him another chance for honesty
