Most likely --- yes. However, with the increased monitoring of P2P activity on the internet, it's probably not a good idea to download Adobe Photoshop from bittorrent. If you're reckless, and want to take the chance, there are programs available, I believe, to "hide" your computer from being monitored. But don't rely on these programs...your best bet is to stay away from it.
