If there are any presidents that have done this could someone list them please, I cant find any evidence of this but it sounds familiar.

No one has asked as far as I know.
It certainly wasn't FDR or Grant. The term limit didn't exist when they were president.
There was a joke flying around recently about changing the constitution to allow Arnold S. to run for president. Maybe that is what you are thinking of.

Yes, there has been one. I am not sure 100% who tho it is either roosevelt or grant.
