Check your glycemic index.

Probably sugar is making you very tired, try cutting your sugar intake, avoid potatos and anything else that contains starch

See a doctor and test for diabetes.

It may be hormonal also.

I've read "The Power of Full Engagement" and it covers some aspects of foods that give us energy and foods that make us tired.

Power naps sometimes help. Sleeping for about a half and hour or so. Maybe you can try the new Energy drink Cocaine. It has 350% more caffeine than Red Bull. No Crashing. I'm pretty sure you will be bouncing off the walls for sure. Be carefull if you try it.

I hear about this new cocaine crap, that's like drinking 5 red bulls. But I use RED LINE, you drink a little to get your body use to it and build a tolerance. You can buy it at the vitamin shoppe, I know for sure. I am not sure if GNC stocks it. I would call before you make a trip

Your body needs rest in order to function properly. Go to sleep. Then you will be able to stay awake.

I would guess then you are depressed or narcoleptic (disease that makes you very sleepy) go to the doctor and get some tests.Depression is a chemical imbalance that can also make you very sleepy.

More caffeine.

You have become tolerant (addicted) so you need higher dose for the same effect.
