Don't you wish there was cliff notes or a book for this show? Sometimes the storylines are good and interesting and sometimes I just want to skip to the next event.
Is the rumor true that Shawn has been recast and will be leaving the show?

Lately I've found that the story lines have been boring and too drawn out, that I've FF through half the show. Such as the Jack and Jen story so glad they left, that story was so played out I feel asleep while watching them half the time.
Yes, Jason Cook left the show last week and Brandon Beemer (the re-cast for Shawn) makes his appearance this week Sept.28.
Also leaving/left the show:
Jen and Jack left last week
Phillip (not yet known about a re-cast), Mimi, Frankie, Patrick, Austin and Carrie.
Although Stefano DiMera finally will make his long awaited return to DOOL which should help out with the story lines. (Supposedly he is the black gloved guy).

I haven't watched any daytime soaps in about 10 yrs but if you want a cliff note version why not check out Soap Opera Digest. I know that used to help me out quite a lot.

yes shawn left the show a new shawn starts in a week i think i rea dit in soap digest. i am with you on wanting to skip some some i just say come on end this something new, they seem to prolong to long sometimes.

theres a good site (im not sure if you know about it) but it tells you whats gonna happen this week and some of next week and stuff and about hows leaving and staying sometimes... its soapcentral.com and you have to find the name of the show on the side and then click on two scoops and spoilers hope that helps a bit

Melanie changed into in college so i'd say like 21 Brady must be in his late 20's early 30's. save in ideas even as her brother stumbled on her she changed into using adult men for his or her funds so i imagine she continuously loved "straightforward" adult men

i used to watch that in 96. and the story line is still the same! sammy and lucas still havn't resolved anything.

me to some times it can be so boring. Then it gets tense and I'm on the edge of my seat!
