I tried it for the 30 day free trial.

They use a technical algorithm to make their picks. They seem to be good picks, and often they have some companies that are not on other peoples 'hot lists' , but later become hot.
They do not consider fundamentals, so some of the picks can be a bit scary from that viewpoint.

They give you buy points, stop loss levels and a strategy for entry which is a good thing if you are new to investing.
I think if you can follow the methodology, it can be profitable. I'm not sure its better than buying a few ETFs.

I did not sign up for the service because the stop loss levels they advocate are too wide to fit my risk/reward strategy.

It works very well as a portal although there have been some functional issues
