400 L/F of fence( 6' ht assumed) x $27/lf installed = $10,800.00
+ corner posts(no idea as to how many needed) @ 65.00/ea
+ 3' gate (height unknown) @ 105.00/ea x 2 = $210.00

At least $11,010.00 without tear down and haul away of an old fence, clearing an unusual amount of brush and without permit fees and where necessary surveyor fees.

Has the very limited on vinyl fence..It’s interesting; if you search on yahoo search engines which I did by put the word vinyl fence. There're lots of web that you can order online and do it yourself with the installation guild that they provided. Unfortunately, I have no abilities to do and looking for help right now.
