I listen to Classic Rock music...The Eagles, Styx, The Beatles, The Doors, Creedence Clearwater, those types of music take me back in time and I reminisce my way back to todays reality....It puts me back into the right state of mind to deal with life and it's problems no matter what the problem is...

The knowledge that no matter how much the "now" sucks, there will always be a "tomorrow".
And if that doesn't work, there's always reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally loud music and my phone, on which I hae 36 speed dials.

my kids can, but I have this smiley face stuffed toy that laughs if you slam it against something. It laughs once then after a short pause it laughs again. It's the second laugh that gets me.
