ive been sick for a couple of days it just came on sunday night,i got a sore throat swollen lymp nodes a high fever and chills

if the fever has persisted over four days, then it's time to see a doctor. A simple virus might cause a temp spike, but doesn't usually cause a persistant fever, that sounds like a bacterial issue to me, and you may benefit from antibiotic therapy.

I have the same exact thing. My children had it first, then myself. I was told from the kids peditrician that it is viral. Nothing you can do. I would just get alot of rest and fluids. Thats what im trying to do. (hard w/kids) It lasts alittle over a wk. It also can come with conjuntivitis.

Not sure. Could be a number of things including tonsilitis. You should go to a Ear Nose and Throat specialist and get it chacked out. Could be serious.

Possibly strep throat. See a doctor, because if step goes untreated it can can be VERY bad.
