i'm 19 and the typical teenager. what kind of vitamins should i be taking? a one day with everything in it or just a certain kind?

you could take 'one a day fem'. it's the multivitamin for females with a little extra iron i think, and a couple vitamins that the regular and mens dont have. i don't mean one a day womens, thats for older women, its called one a day fem(female). that should give you everything you need unless you are deficient in anything else then you might need to take anotehr supplement but normally just a one a day is good, and once you get into taking too many vitamins, it starts to suck and i never want to take them so i end up forgetting

Multivitamins&minerals, vitamin C, B complex and some protein drinks.
Trust me-that's the basic for optimal health.

Take a whole food suppliment (vitamin) and also, taking coral calcium is good I take it. But I heard taking a whole food suppliment is better than a multivitamin. It is easier to break down in your system and the quality of it is much better for you.

for an added boost of energy, try taking Centrum Performance vitamins. They have gaurana and ginseng in them to give your metabolism a boost, plus they have everything else in them that your body needs to stay healthy. I take them, and I've never felt better:)
