since i live in a senior building, every day i get a chance to commit acts of kindness on a regular basis....there is a 95 year old sweet lady that goes out everyday to buy her food for the day....she carries two tote bags and fills them up. i saw her get off the bus carrying these 2 heavy loads of food. i went up to her and took them from her and walked them to her apartment, she opened the door and i put them on the counter for her. she does not speak English so she is smiling and waving her hands, she was pleased....and it made me feel great...[ i do this alot for her.] just wish i had a car so i could take her to the store and help her more....

I didn't do anything very much today though I usually try harder. The best I could pull off was smiling at a co-worker who really ticked me off yesterday and treat her with the respect that she didn't employ in a situation from the day before.
She didn't apologize, but that's okay, & I'm sure she'll remember to take it off the floor so patients & visitors are not involved in disputes. It was hard for me though to bite my tongue and not give her a piece of my mind....but then again, I felt for her because her Director already had a chew behind closed doors.

It's not very random, but I made dinner and cleaned the house, and took my son to the park, and helped another child off the monkey bars because his mother was too busy chatting away with someone, and I didn't yell at my husband yet today and it's almost 7pm

None of my acts of kindness were done at random. They were very intentional
I helped my coworkers with some problems, I offered some suggestions to my boss how we could help our customers more effectively, and I gave at least one person a complement.

I gave a friend advice on a personal matter at the office. Since I have been there longer, I know more about the history of the organization and their attitudes on ethnic minority employees. I gave him the name of an outstanding attorney and people with first hand knowledge about past hiring and firing practices. I told him he was being discriminated because of his race, and to fight them in court because he was right.

Today I met a pretty girl in a chat room. I told her that she is very beautiful. This must have bolstered her self esteem. I am such a kind and good natured guy.

Didn't yell or say at the cashier at my work when she rudely asked me for some trays for the dining room. I just smiled ,and walked away. You got to let things like that go. Keep a smile on. If someone sees it itll make their day.
