Ultimate Electronics listed in 1993 on the NASDAQ.

It was delisted from the NASDAQ on 28 Feb 2005 due to it being declared bankrupt (last price $1.11) but continued to trade as an OTC stock (ULTEQ). Over the course of the year it continued its price decline as an OTC stock down to under a penny until its eventual demise on 23 May 2006.

It started dipping below 0.50 on 3/28/05.

However, some of the wheels fell off 2/16/05 when it lost approx 50% in a day.

Sad, but it happens.

Hope that helps!
