NO,
Probably we can go and just have a look that too if you are an astronmer , if not you can't . We cant live on other planets b'coz the other planet do not the right amount air which we need in their atmosphere. if you take mercury and venus they do'nt have the atmosphere and they are too close to the sun . all other planets do not have the right mass for humans to live and the main of all is that the other planets do not have the gravitational force to kepp us on the ground we can't just keep floating! , but in your dream you can . probably you are asking this question b'coz you have some doubt on aliens am i right ? aliens do not exist . this is proved by many astronmers. so , we humans can't live on other planets

Mars would be the only one where we could do it with minimal equipment. Some oxygen and heat in a building would be all that is needed. It basically would be like flying in a jet.
Every other planet presents enormous problems. Mercury and Venus are hot enough to melt metal, the gravity on the outer planets is overwhelming.

We certainly have the technology. We could place a biosphere on the moon in which there would be plants and water...all of which would be brought there.
If we can have people living on the space station we could have them living on another planet. The cost is what prohibits it as of right now. I would think in a 100 years we'll have outposts on the moon. It's close and has one heck of a view.
Mars is pretty far away if they ever needed any help and it's pretty cold and windy there as well.
That's my two cents.

No planet has yet been discovered that can support life in its present condition, it would be possible to create biospheres on planets that we could live in, but the cost of this would make it practically impossible.

Not without help (i.e. - suits or a ship or whatever). Of all the planets we know of, none of them have the right atmosphere (and that's just one of the problems).
