how do u contact people in yahoo personals?

i wanna reply 2 a pesrson in yahoo personals but it keeps telling me i have 2 join something else and pay money

What part of "you have to pay" dont you understand?

Yes, in most of the "personal" programs you have to join and pay a fee if you want to contact the person. Sometimes they will have a link to ask that person to contact you, but not always.
