I deleted the move dig and trapinch is the only pokemon who can learn it.

nincada learns dig at level 45
trapinch learns dig at level 43
when they start to evolve, push B, just like in EVERY other pokemon game
since you need to go through so many levels, you may as well equip an everstone. northwest of dewford town, in the gym where you delivered steven the letter near the beginning of the game, there is a boulder in there that looks... sorta special. you can get an everstone there, if you didn't already get it. just walk to the boulder and push A

Here is the answer from my 9 year old buddy -
Press B right before it evolves on level 16.

There are two ways. One: press B just as it's evolving, but if you do that, you have to do it EVERY time, or Two: Give it an everstone. I would recomend the second one.

equip an everstone or hit the "B" button brfore it finishes evolving
