IF you are friends with the both of the people. You need to go to the one who is doing the cheating tell them you know what they are doing and its time to face the music. If this person is not willing to get there life in order then you take another friend with you and the two of you tell them. If after two attempt to get them to get themselves right they do not then you go to other person and tell them there is something going on until the two of you get your relationship right I have to seperate from you two and not hang around.
basically you need to give them as many chances to do the right thing if not walk away from the freindship until they break up, then resume the friendship.
Best of luck.

not if you still want them to be your friends - i would stay out of that and just continue having a good time with your friends, what they do in the bedroom shouldnt concern you unless the topic is brought up by one of them,

No Way!!!! Stay out of it because you do not want to get involved. It's their problem not yours.

My advice is to stay out of it. It is not your duty to tell. Believe me...it will not help, it would only make things worst.
They have to work out their marriage themselves.

stay out of it. you'll just alienate one of your friends.
if you feel the need to talk, talk to the one who is cheating

If you want to do what's best for the friend, tell her/him.
However, you'll likely lose the friend.
