No physical violence, and no theft of personal property.

No stealing or hoarding community resources. In other words, nobody can block access to the food and water from other people.

No destroying or damaging the raft. Nobody can be compelled to work on the raft, but only those who work on it get to ride on it.

If I was on an island with a 100 people who felt that laws had to be put down I would find a nice safe refuge as far away from them as possible and live on my own.
Imagine getting the chance to "start over" and then repeat the same bullshit that society does every day. If you have laws, they have to be enforced, hence the need for enforcers, which instantly gives some people power over others, which leads to corruption etc etc etc.

What a nightmare, 200 people all whining about how Bush is responsible for them being stuck on this island and when is the government going to do something.

I'd probably use The Ten Commandments and The Code of Hammarabi as a basis. They are both pretty straight forward.

Don't do anything to anyone else that you would hate someone to do to you.
No work, no food, unless you're sick, injured, too old or too young.
No ownership of land or resources; they belong to everyone to use.
Everyone is responsible for everyone else's well-being.
