Could I please get detailed similarities and differences between TV and Radio.

Tv has a high voltage power supply, Radio no
Tv receive higher frecuency signal, Radio Lower
Tv has 2 phases Audio and Video, Radio only Audio
Tv uses more current than the radio

Tv beter That radio.. On radio we only hear what they say but whit Tv we can see what they do 2!!..

well you get sound for both of them. but you can see what is on tv and you can only hear what's on the radio.

I'm not sure how detailed this really needs to be. One has picture, the other doesn't, & both make noise.
