Because people dont know how to take it easy, simply as that. I have been impersonated and to be frank, it doesnt bother me at all...

The answer is in the question. People will definitely take it PERSONal when you imPERSONate him. You are taking away his/her individuality. S/He'll try to show you his/her worst behaviour which is most personal to him/her.

because the impersonation is usually exaggerated in a negative way
