Yes it is but you would have search the web for a firm that does it,. It takes quite a long time for the ashes to be turned into diamonds and costs a lot of money. I think they put the ashes under a huge amount of pressure and it turns to diamond in about six months

Sounds like a way to scam people with more money than sense to me. Diamonds are a pure form of carbon, and though we are carbon-based lifeforms, we are not ENTIRELY carbon.
I'm sure someone somewhere will do it.....but really, WHY? Aren't the memories enough?

yes you can. people have their loved ones ashes turned into diamond and made as a ring. one person had the diamond put on their tooth.
