about two years ago i got charged wit a&b on a police officer now im trying to get into a certain school and they told me i cant get accepted beacuse of that previous charge i got this charge when i was a minor and now im 18 is this considered a felony in the state of massachusetts ??

The details may be sealed, but the fact that you were convicted of a felony stands. If you lie about it on an education or job application and they find out at a later date they can terminate you for falsifying the application. The best option is to be up front and honest with them and explain your situation. You may be surprised at the results.

Take it back to court and have your minor records sealed

I thought as a minor, your record was sealed? I'm curious to know why they know your past.

It should have been sealed


they cant get you for that once you turned 18 that stuff is sealed

you can sue

That should be expunged or sealed at this point. Get councel.
