click start, click control panel and then click internet options and then put the new URL in the address bar

If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser go to Tools and choose Internet options.. the top of the page asks for the address to use for your home page. at the URL in the address blank and click ok...

sometimes on the home page you want to make your new home page, if you click it it will make that your new homepage. so it will automatically make that website your home page.

if you have ie click tools internet opstions then change web page

find another website you'd rather be your homepage and load that as your homepage. :]
