Depends on the shark. THere are giant sharks that live under the ice packs that have never been observed going over 1 knot.

from all the knowledge ive gained, there is no-body who outswim a shark........you can duck, dodge, hide, but never -ever outswim a shark , espically since the whitetip can reach speed of over 30 mph.....now think about that.....
