I recently Ordered a dish called chicken modiga at a local eatery. The place has closed, and i have only found really expensive versions of it at other places. It is a lightly breaded chicken breast in a white wine and lemon butter sauce with provel or provolone or fontina cheese melted on top. I am looking for a reasonable price for this dish, around $10-12. I have found places that charge as much as 18.99....it's just chicken breast sauce and cheese and i don't think it's worth that much, but it's really yummy!
