is there any way to help my freind to get over her fear of hieghts?

shes on my cheer squad and shes afraid to go up in a stunt..HELP please i go up all the time ....but i want her to have some glory too...

No, not really. It's a serious phobia. Stop bothering her about it. It's probably very scary for her.

well she's afraid of heights, no?
theres no real way, but what u can do is when she is up there, keep like a "nest" at the bottom in case she falls....and tell the audience that the nest is part of ur chant. then make up a chant bout a nest....o god help me i REALLY DONT KNOW!!
