i have just increased my work hrs but am on holiday ihave booked2daysof but 3day is 1 of new shifts can i stil

as i have now been given more shiftts at work 1 of the days is in my holidays can i still take it do they have to allow it has i already had it booked when i was doing less hrs

I would just remind them that it had been set up before the new hours started and they you can't make it due to other plans for you holiday.

If they already let you off they should honor it. Talk to someone at the DOL and see what they say.
