This is kind of a vague question, but from what I gather, you have a hard time telling someone you love 'no'. If that is so, I would suggest you read a self help book and follow what it says. The one that helped me in this area is 'Stand up, Speak out, Talk back'. It talkes abut boundaries, self-esteem, etc. And boy does it ever help! It isn't a good relationship if you can't say no to someone you love and stick to it. That means that the other person is just walking all over you and taking advantage of you.
If I am wrong here, then sorry about that. The question is just kind of vague to know if I am right or wrong here.
