As long as it does not make it dangerous, yes. I would love it the town I live in would shut all artificial light off at 10pm. I love blackouts, it gets so quiet and peaceful.

No, I would be for reducing artificial light in order to reduce energy consumption and wasted electricity.

it is a form of pollution, and i would be for reducing lights just to save electricity, which causes even more pollution as it is being made, much less just so i could see the stars.

No...I think safety is more important.

Go camping or live in a smaller town if you want to see stars.
