This may sound silly but I sure could use a computer guru to tell me how to do this.

I have numerous duplicates of the same pictures in folders in My Pictures.

I also have many of the same pictures in My Pictures that are not in folders....yet.

With hundreds of pictures it's very difficult to find out which ones are duplicates.

This has happened because I tend to download a partially full digital camera memory card then download the same pictures again when the memory card gets full.

I sure could use some help on this because I'm wasting several GB of space on my hard drive by having duplicates. And I need the space bad....my drive is nearly full and I'm told it's not good to have your hard drive nearly full.

Help please. I hope this can be done. Once I get the duplicate photo's out, I'll never let it get out of hand again.

You can try this program call Duplicate Finder.

It supposed to allow you to find True Duplicate Files.
