Load them with a photo processing program like Photoshop as TIFF files. Then save them from it as JPEG and they are changed.

Open the .tif file in Adobe Photoshop...and then go to File/ Save a copy of/ and then use the drop down menu to select .jpg.....and save it to your desktop.

You need to open the pic in an image editor like GIMP or Irfanview (both free) and then save them as a JPG.
