I'm not sure what you mean by "ovulation week." Ovulation is a descrete event that happens on a particular day. You are fertile for a window of time prior to ovulation based on the potential life span of sperm, and for about a day after ovulation based on the life span of the egg. If by "ovulation week" you mean you ovulated on 9/24, yes there's a chance, although you are most fertile the day or so prior to ovulation. If by "ovulation week" you mean your fertile window began on 9/24, yes there's a good chance AND you're also still within that window so you can keep trying.
A pregnancy test won't show positive until after the embryo has implanted, which is 6-12 days after conception. If you ovulated on and conceived on 9/24, you won't want to test for another week or so.

Sperm can survive in the body for up to three days. Your egg survives approx 1 day. If they cross-than you could be pregnant. You can find out in about 2 weeks.

You can test with a First Response pg test before your period is due. I forget how many days it is, like 5 days before you're due to start or something like that. It will tell you on the package, and it tells you the % of how accurate it is like 5 days before you're due, 4 days before you're due.....
