Are you applying for a Picure ID in the state where the Arrest Warrant is?
What state are you in? Whats the nature of the Arrest Warant?
There is no way to provide to you an answer because there isnt more info. Whats the state you live in, what stae are you going to apply for a picture id, whats the nature of the arrest warrant>>> so on and so forth.

you betcha...you are in databases and if they are looking for you, you don't want to provide current and new info, which will flag them as soon as they run your SSN...world wide web, nothing is a secret anymore...
