The president has the power to announce martial law in time of an emergency.
In this case, the Constitution is suspended, and no elections take place.
So yes, he could stay on well after his due date, but it would not be a 'term' as such.

Not since 1951, when the constitutional law was changed after Democrat Franklin D. Roosevelt served 4 terms during wartime.

No president can go for a third term since FDR. There is an amendment to the Constitution on this.

No. Also, we are not "in a time of war". Real war can only be declared by congress. The president is using powers granted to him by thw War Powers Resolution of 1973.

Of course not. Haven't you heard of the 22nd Amendment?
"No President shall be elected for more than two terms."

No, The limit for any president is up to two term in the office; after that they have to step down and let somebody else be elected. It doesn't matter whether is war or peace time. I think is written in the constitution.
PS: No more Bush... Yeah!!!
