Sometimes when I hold the phone straight out and turn the lens away from me the image is right-side up, and sometimes it looks upside down. It seems totally arbitrary, and i can't find any settings to fix this.

When you have the phone in the open position if you press the button on the left (by the viewer) it will flip it (it is normally the ringer volume button when not in camera mode). It does this so when you take pictures with it phone closed the pictures will be right side up then (use the same button to switch it in that case too). (The button on the right side of the viewer turns on the camera function immediately). Also while closed if you press both of those buttons it will turn off the key guard, then press and hold those two buttons again it will turn on the camera in the closed position. Have fun with your phone/camera.

That phone sucks so bad I went thru3 of them before I chosen i different phone all together.
