"List the result used"? What are you talking about? What verbs?

I don't believe there is one rule for forming irregular verbs into past tense. That is why they are irregular.

Examples:

arise; past tense can be: arose, arisen
awake; past tense can be: awakened / awoke awakened / awoken
beat: past tense can be: beat or beaten

It all depends on the sentence.
