The simpliest key to weight loss is to control your food intake and get at least some moderate excersise. 3-4 days a week of at least 30 minutes of cardio and/or weight training. Pick something that you enjoy doing like walking, running, playing tennis, cycling, weight training, whatever it may be and schedule yourself 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. If you miss a day don't worry and don't try to double up, make your schedule something you can do and not feel like its overly burdensome. You don't want it to start feeling like work so don't overdo excersise, even after you've been at it for a few months, keep that same routine but you can mix up the type of exercising you're doing.

Watch what you eat. Sugar is the worst. Pick something in your diet (cookies, ice cream, sweet drinks, cokes, etc) that you will try to either eliminate or severely curtail and set a goal of cutting back and hopefully eliminating that from your diet in 2 to 4 weeks. Once you achieve that goal and still want to lose more weight pick something else (fried food, potatoes, etc) and do the same with it. Hopefully you'll be close to your goals and you will have altered yourlifestyle to keep your weight where you want it.

The most important thing is to realize these are not temporary solutions, this is a change in the way you live your life. If you stop excersising and start eating those things again you'll find yourself right back where you started. Once you've been doing these things for 2 or 3 months I think you'll find yourself feeling better, having more energy and looking better. That should be incentive enough to keep you dedicated to your new way of living.

well cut down on all the sugars and carbs. still eat some carbs but dont starve urself or stuff urself silly. cut down on all the tastycakes. i had the same problem but i ended up just cutting down and eating only three meals a day and just eat normally. or just do curves or something. or one of ur friends might want to do it with u. if u have a deal with ur mom then why not have one with ur friend also.

Lots and lots of water. Flavored hot tea with milk and Equal can fill you and gives you the feeling of having had something creamy and sweet. Rice cakes (there are so many great flavors) and wheat thins. Sleep off the hunger pangs when you can. Don't skip breakfast.

I would suggest working out in the morning before you eat anything at all, that way your body has fasted overnight,8 hrs. or more and you'll be burning fat and not the breakfast or dinner you just ate.Good Luck. And may God Bless You.

Water, Water, Water. Work out and walk. Eat a lot less red meat and go with fish and chicken. Eat little of carbs....

Remember the show the big loser.....look what they were eating and they were drinking water and doing cardio work.....good luck
