But, since I've got the gist of your question....You can't get your fish back. It's dead. Even if it somehow managed to survive being chomped up by a cat, the acid in your cat's stomach has already killed your fish.

I'm sorry. I have a fish, and I love it.
If you're going to get new fish, make sure there tank is covered by like a plastic top or something so the cat can't eat it.

Sorry, the fishies are gone forever. Even if you did somehow get your cat to vomit, the fish would already be mangled by chewing and partially digested.

Whether the cat vomits or dumps it out, your fish will not survive.
Stomach acid will kill the fish anyways.
I guess you have to secure your fishtank or isolate your cat.
