Why is it that we tend to remember all THESE kinds of dreams? We all dream every night but seldom remember any of them. You remember this one because it's not actually a dream, but more of a nightmare.
And other than that, it is just that, and nothing more!! Do NOT begin to treat him as though he actually is having an affair or do any of the things that you dreamt of doing to him because in YOUR DREAM ONLY that's what he was doing. Believe it or not, we all have those dreams that haunt us, and are so vivid that we just KNOW they have to be true, but they aren't.
Please do NOT, I repeat..NOT do anything at all differnt in your relationship or you will eventually push him away from you. He may never ever have an affair if you were to push him away, believe it or not, there are men out there who will NOT!! But please don't make your marriage a miserable disaster that you end up divorced anyway because you won't stop believing that STUPID dream so you treat him as though he were having an affair, and eventually he'll just not be able to take it any longer. I mean, the reason people get married is to be HAPPY!!! So if you start actually looking everywhere for some sign of NOTHING & asking him where he's been every second or calling him constantly and all the other stupid crap people do then YOU'RE not happy, you certainly won't make him happy, so what's the point of staying together if you're both miserable?
So PLEASE do tell him all about your dream, and explain to him if he starts to think it's somewhat amusing that it was very vivid to you and that all you've done all day is cry and it's your birthday and you're supposed to be happy and celebrate!!!
So don't even ASK the question the way that you have!!! Don't look for signs that he's been cheating!!! Because it's not like he's done anything at all suspicious, or ANYTHING, ok? All it was is a dream!!! So tell him about it, then get over it. As difficult as it might sound at the moment. But a dream is just a dream, a wish is just a wish....HEY...I'll bet I could make some song out of those words...!!! (There is a song with those very words, in case you're too young or have never heard it!! FYI!!!)
And NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER ask a question that you reall y do NOT want to know the answer to!!! Get it? Got it? GOOD.
Happy Birthday and Good Luck to you...I wish you the best!

From what I understand about dream interpretation, it sounds like you may be lacking power, control, or you just may feel helpless in your marriage. You may have certain insecurities within yourself or your husband so when you are conscious, you think about it so much that your subconscious may actually lead you to believe that whatever you are thinking is true. Or there may be previous relationships in your past where the other person has betrayed you or abandoned you in some way that you think it will happen with your spouse too. My suggestion would be to think positive and know that this is just a dream and if you and your husband have a great relationship, then focus on the now and if anything ever does happen (hopefully it won't) then cross the bridge when you come to it. Good luck!

Remember that you had the dream because of your own insecurities, in other words this is something your brain made up. After all how many other dreams have you had in your life that were totally outragous? Dreams are where your brain sorts out the rubbish it accumulates. The dream was most likely borne out of your worst fear rather than being an indication that there are small subliminal signs you should be seeing. My wife has had a few of these over the years when there was nothing at all going on.
One good way if he comes home and you think he has just been out cheating, is to pounce on him - you'll soon know! ;-)

First off, Happy Birthday. It was just a dream, so let it go. Although dreams can seem very real at times and do leave you shaken. Tell your husband the dream an watch for a reaction, if he is sincere and concerned about you being up set, then thank him for listening. If he get nervous and start accusing you of think he's cheating, then he probably is. Hopefully you have a great evening with your husband as you celebrate your birthday.

dreams are usually the reflection of your sub-conscious. There may have been something on the TV about cheating, or you read it and your Sub was replaying into your life while you slept. Or you might have an underlining fear that he is cheating. either way you can do a surprise lunch at his office, just to make sure,or you can write it off as a horrible dream. If you really wanna know more then on the sly go through his things. but don't let him catch you he might get mad if he really isn't doing anything, and wonder why you don't trust him. Good luck and I hope it was just a twisted dream!

A dream is just a dream. Forget about it and move on. If you don't have a reason that he's cheating then just forget about it. One way you can tell that someone is messing around is if they no longer love on you and it just kills them when you ask for a kiss. When they pull away from you when you try to love on them. If he says he had to work over all the time (thats always a good one). If hes not getting any phone calls or emails then maybe he's not cheating but again maybe he told her not to call or email him. But anyways good luck and Happy Birthday i hope you had a wonderful day!

It was just a dream. Sometimes our dreams reflect our deepest fears that we awake don't even think about it.
I know people who have had dreams like this and their husbands have always been faithful.
Dreams do seem very real and can shake us up while we are awake.
From what you said, this dream has no substance in the wakeful hours of your life. Let the fear go and enjoy your birthday.
When you go to bed tonight tell youself just before you fall asleep that you will not have another bad dream. You should rest peacefully.

If you have no signs like sudden weight losses, change in after shave, change in appearance, suspicious phone calls or emails then don't let this ruin your birthday.
Your dream could have been triggered by a movie or TV program, or you for whatever reason could be feeling insecure in your relationship.
One other possibility, any chance you are pregnant? With one of my daughters my wife had some wild dreams, something she never experienced with the other pregnancies. The hormones can mess you up.

A dream is the experience of envisioned images, voices, or other sensations during sleep. Dreams often portray events which are impossible or unlikely in physical reality, and are usually outside the control of the dreamer. So don't get suspicious for nothing it will definitively not improve your marriage.
Nothing can ruin a relationship faster than jealously and suspicion. Jealousy creates anxiety, anger, loneliness, hate, fear. No one thinks clearly when jealous.

Sweetheart, don't let a dream mess up a good relationship! My husband of 7 years is a caring, loving man, who waits on me hand and foot, and I have these stupid dreams all the time that he's being hateful, or cruel, or has plans to kill me. He's not like that at all, it's just some stupid misfiring synapse in the head! Go on, have a happy birthday, and laugh at the dream with him!
