I made a complaint about a doctor (UK) and she has withdrawn services. Can all the other docs in the same specialty refuse to see me to back her up?

NO!!! Contact your local PCT urgently and report the matter to the directer of services or goto the PCT's County Council councillor at the county councils head office and ask to see the cllr for CAMHS/NHS and PCT management.
If you still dont have any luck you can contact the GMC in london at www.gmc-uk.org .
Good Luck

A doctor can refuse to see a patient. I seriously doubt any doctor would be as vindictive as to tell all the other doctors not to see you, too. Even in the smaller specialties, the doctor does not personally know all the other doctors in the U.K. I'm sure she understands that you still need healthcare.
Hope this helps!
