Given that someone is considered "very good" (lets call that B) what is the probability of this person does not meet requirements for a certain criteria (lets call that A) so basically what is the probabilty of A given B. how do i calculate that?

Depends what the probability of A is so you can get a good idea of what B is. If A was had a bad probability, like 1 out of 10 then B might have a probability of 6 out of 10 or so. Probability is the chance of something happenong, you need numbers and what they can land on. Say if there are 2 reds and 3 blues to land on in a game the probability of landing on blue would be 3 out of 5.

I would say that it would be very low...I am trying to visualize this two circles almost completely overlapping..
