AAAhhh, it's obvious this one got by.
reasons why you can't find questions:
which category did you post it under? were in answering in one category and posted a question it will default to that category.
did you commit a community guideline violation? if so someone reported you and Y!A deleted your question.
Did you click the submit button after previewing and editing your question? Sometimes hittiing the spacebar bumps you to another screen.
