Faith Hill's Adoptive parents are Ted and Edna Perry .He was a factory worker and she worked at a bank and other jobs .

Having two sons Edna always longed for a little girl

His name was original Samuel Timothy Smith he had his (truck driver) stepfathers name Horrace Smith . Until finding his birth certificate when he was 11 he found out his favorite baseball player was his father . His mother is now remarried to Joe Trimble .
Both Tim's father and Stepfather have passed on . The story up above is wrong . In Florida Betty lived by Tug in an apartment had a one night stand with Tug he hadn't went professional yet . She moved to Louisiana when she found out she was pregnant . Betty didn't want to tell Tug she was pregnant because he was becoming famous and she didn't want to ruin it . Her mother made her tell him and Tug didn't want anything to do with Tim when he was a baby . So , Betty rasied him alone until she met Horrace when Tim was an infant and he raised him as his own .
Tug in 2004 and Horrace earlier this year .

Yes, Tim's dad was Tug McGraw who pitched for the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies in the 60s and 70s. Tim did not find out he was his real father until he was older. Tug died of brain cancer a couple of years ago.

Tim McGraw's dad is former baseball player Tug McGraw. I think he has died. i don't know about his mom or Faith's parents. Sorry.
