Nah it's Wal*mart that trying to take over!
lol. Seriously I love Cracker Barrel, though I don't eat there, but they have books on tape and DVD for rent. So when I go on a long trip I just pick up a book and drop it off when I've finished it at the next Cracker Barrel. An 18 hour drive is allot more tolerable when you are listening to the Divinci Code.

I'm with Morgan on this one. The folks saying that they can refuse service to anyone for any reason are incorrect. Most human rights codes don't allow businesses that are open to the public to refuse service on the basis of prohibited grounds of discrimination (race, etc.). You'd have to be able to establish that the discrimination was actually on a prohibited ground (and not because your sleeves were in fact too long, or because there was hair gel hanging off of your ear, or because the bouncer is boycotting the company that made your jeans, etc.), which may not be easy. However, I'd pay close attention to Morgan's warnings about acting sooner than later. Keeping your rights alive may require swift action.

Know what, I have never been to Cracker Barrel. There are none in northern Wisconsin. (Although the nearest Starbucks is an hour away too.)
I've driven by Cracker Barrel on trips but never stopped.
So in conclusion, no I don't think they're taking over the nation.

i love the food there and i wish one was closer than 15 miles form my house. It is super cheap and super good, and by using the word super twice you can tell i am not one of the "old" people you were talking about. I love cracker barrel!

Cracker Barrel has good food, and nice people. You shouldn't say such things. There is nothing wrong with the elderly, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with Cracker Barrel. I think you should edit your statement.
