Not to mention we think you are sexist, which means you are not open-minded. Tell your leaders that you will have a better chance to have a profitable nation if you let women do things men are doing.

Hell, I know this is a fake question...
But your question is still up in the air. Men still make more money than women, yet women have all of the same rights but have to deal with sexism and sexual harrassment... although men are having to deal with that nowadays too.

No the women here are not equal in fact many still relay on men for a life .
They do not work or toil for a living simply marry for money .
Estimates are around 30% of women sponge off men .This makes them inferior as a class or group .They are weaker and can not perform as well at jobs requiring strength .They have days of incoherency during there menstrual cycle making them less effecient in any position .
Women are inferior to man in almost all aspects .This does not mean all women ,but most .
They need men to take care of them and men do not need women .
