A couple of years ago for our anniversary I went and bought a small journal for about $5. I wrote love poems, things I loved about him, things I most loved about our relationship, important milestones in our relationship, etc. I included pictures and momentos of our years together. Even now, I include little things in it as they come to mind. He says it is his favorite book!

get him a towel with his name sewn into it. my man loved that, showed I put thought into it, it's even better if you do it yourself :). make him his favorite meal, and rent The Fast and the Furious Toyko Drift, and The Lake house, movies for both, cuddle up and have a great romantic evening

make a romantic dinner....it's not that expensive, just make his favorite food, turn on some candles and nice music and have a date at home!!!!! Hubby and I do it and it's very 'rewarding' if you catch my drift.....
chicken marsala is very easy to make--or baked chicken, grill a steak, etc....or maybe do a treasure hunt!!!?
