Get out the yellow pages and start asking. It's more possible with stores that sell pond fish.

There are very few albino common plecos around. The only albinos I have found are the smaller varieties of ancistrus, the bushy/bristle nosed plecos. They top out at about 6 inches but are very good workers at cleaning up uneaten food and some of the algae found in home aquariums. I currently have 10 of the albino bushynoses with two pairs breeding in the tank.
The common/standard pleco usually sold in pet shops can and do grow to around 2 feet given the right food and good quality water. Once they get large, however, they become quite lazy and don't do much in the way of clean-up duty. They more or less just wait for you to feed them and become poop machines.
You might try going to "plecofanatics.com" and do a search for albino plecos. There is a lot of pleco info there.

You can ask your local pet store (not the walmart or petco) if they can order one for you (make sure you ask how much it will cost). Many local owners go directly to their suppliers to pick their own fish, if they see an albino pleco they can stock it for you.
