I have been thinking on adding to the collections of tattoos that I already have. This one would wrap around my neck and be part of the guardian angels prayer. Just tring to get some feed back from open minded people. thanks

I don't know the guardian angels prayer so I can't comment on that but even if I did YOUR opinion is the only one thats going to matter. If its what you want go for it... (the side of the neck smarts a little...) just make sure that its not going to effect your career (causing you to get fired or not get jobs in the future...)

people change. you may change. i advise you not to tattoo anywhere that cannot be covered up with a long sleeve dress shirt and slacks.
but if you really don't care, I would say it sounds cool. especially if you go on and continue the design onto other parts, like a common thread holding the backpiece, ribpiece, armpiece together. Graywash might look better than color in this area, too. I just hope you choose something that you will adore.

It is hard to picture it exactly but if you are going to be happy with it that is the most important. I have nothing against tattoos there are some very beautiful ones out there. My three oldest girls have some,I don't because my tastes change often lol and just not for me. If you do get this please get a picture of it for us to see the finished work. I met a tattooist just recently he has been in the arts for thirty years and willing to give me a 75% discount ,tempting O_- but not! I will just enjoy others contributions. Best of luck ~A~

I think it can look great. My husband is tattooed all over however he doesn't want his neck and his face tattooed but for the rest everything is covered in real beautiful tattoos.
I think if you have thought it over and it is what you want you should go for it. I'm sure it will look beautiful.

tattoos are permanent and life unpredictable...consider if a visible tattoo such as this would 'work' in all walks of life, in case you change careers, etc., will you be taken seriously?
But it sounds pretty cool (and painful---on your neck!) Hope it turns out how you envision it.
